My wife and I took our daughters (3 and almost 2 years old) to see Yo Gabba Live. My sister in law and her 3 boys who are 11, 9 and 3 also joined us. It was held at the Shrine in Downtown Los Angeles and it was a blast!

My daughters were mesmerized by the event which is basically a live version of the show, complete with crowd interaction, singing, dancing and Biz Markie. The show was very fun and the crowd was really into it. The tickets were $33 so they weren’t that expensive, but we had a few issues with seating and viewing because it was kind of set up haphazardly. They actually sat people in folding chairs and forgot to put out a seat for us, that we had purchased. After I asked, they brought me out an extra chair but it was behind a gigantic pole, so it was pretty much useless. We just slid down and kept the kids on our laps so it worked out. But everything else was great, especially when all of the characters came into the audience.

And in the parking lot we got to meet and hang out with Biz Markie…and we got a picture.
